چکیده
Objectives: To compare the efficacy of two treatment protocols, core stability exercises combined with self-myofascial release and only on physiotherapy rehabilitation students sufferin from non-specific low back pain in terms functional capability pain. Study Design: Randomized Clinical Trial. Methods: 28 (18 females, 10 males) whose activity VAS was equal or more than 6 (mean age, 26.78 ± 3.66 years) were randomly allocated to 1 2 groups. Group received SMFR while SMFR. The duration study 5 weeks each protocol performed times per week. Evaluations undertaken 1st, 3rd 5th weeks. Functional capacity evaluated Oswestry Scale (ODI), measured Visual Analogue (VAS). Results: VAS, total ODI its sub-groups decreased statistically significantly both groups (p˂0.05). Statistically significant decreases between have been found regarding sub-ODI scores (pain intensity, lifting, walking, sitting, standing) Conclusions: has a clinical effect reducing pain, improving function. We may conclude that seems be effective capacity.
